Hisense Kenya Shipping PolicyA shipment description, or parcel information, in our case a Waybill number is asked so that a courier company can try to locate your parcel. We will go through the process and tell you what parcel information you have to give.

The shipment or order details, on the contrary, is a summary of all the information regarding a parcel that a shipper wants to send to a receiver. It contains information about the pick-up and delivery address and contact person. Having a thorough parcel content description will avoid problems during transport and delivery.

Our Delivery Options;
Free delivery within Nairobi CBD (Same day)
We do same day delivery for those within Nairobi and its Outskirts (at a cost)
For Upcountry we send Parcels/ packages Via G4S, Matatu (p.s.v) and Other Courier service providers as per your request or convenience. NB: Charges will apply depending on the options, AND IT’S AN OVERNIGHT DELIVEY (You will get the item/s next day).

Please Note
You can choose not to accept an item on the spot (for example in the unlikely case that it was the wrong item). It is not possible to open products bearing a manufacturer’s seal and to return them on the spot. If there is a problem, please follow our return policy & we will support you.
